2016 proved a further successful year for the Skin Health Alliance (SHA) and its partners. Several new names joined the numerous famous brands already awarded the accolade of SHA dermatological accreditation proving their skin science, technology and innovation is world class. Our specialist expertise was also called upon by consumers and media the world over with many turning to the SHA as the authoritative voice for factual comment and opinion about skin health.

This continuing success and commercial growth in 2016 has resulted in the SHA donating over £200,000 GBP to skin charities and good causes. This is a record breaking figure and brings the total given to charity since the SHA’s inception to well over £1/2 million GBP.

Speaking about this success and generosity, Skin Health Alliance spokesman James Stalley said:

“It is immensely gratifying to donate this gift to skin charities at the end of 2016. Brands and their consumers can see at first-hand how using an SHA accredited product not only promotes skin health but can make a positive difference to the millions of people who suffer every day from some form of skin disease.”
